A Simpli-FI OS venture

Software and tools for financial stewardship.

Money is a tool, earned with time, energy, and skill. To be entrusted with someone’s money — for a payment, a service, or an investment — is to be entrusted with years of their life. We treat that as an honor; it is what we mean by stewardship.

Simpli-FI Money builds the payment, oversight, administration, and intelligence tools used by public pension funds, registered investment advisers, and the boards accountable to their members.

The suite

Five tools, one discipline.

Each product serves a different corner of the same world — the stewardship of money that isn’t the steward’s own. Every one is in active development.

  • Pay-by-bank for dues, sponsorships, and donations — built so an organization keeps more of every dollar, with the invoice and its purpose attached to the payment.

    In development · pilot design
  • A standing board-awareness register: the fees, deadlines, contracts, and conflicts drawn from a fund’s own documents, so a volunteer board can see what it answers for.

  • Modern administration for public pension funds — member records, benefit calculation, and statements built to be understood by the people who rely on them.

    In development
  • Sourced intelligence on public pension funds and the managers they hire. Every figure traces back to the document it came from.

  • The back-office platform for advisory operations — bank-linking, bookkeeping intelligence, and the records that keep a practice audit-ready.

How we work

Held to the standard of the people we serve.

Our clients answer to members, donors, and regulators. Software built for them has to earn the same trust — so we build it that way from the start.

Every figure traceable.

Nothing we show is a black box. A number is only as trustworthy as the document behind it, and we keep that link intact — from source to screen.

Sensitive systems kept apart.

The software that touches financial records runs separately from everything else, with access granted narrowly and reviewed — never shared across unrelated work.

Built toward independent assurance.

We hold ourselves to the standards our clients are held to. Independent security and privacy assurance is on our roadmap, not an afterthought.
